Reaching out to the local communities
Children gathered in a hot and humid hut with no electricity.
Concha (on the seat) told me the power outage occurs 10-12 hours daily. She added that some places/cities are worse.
Children were out in the open enjoying the puppet skit.
Some of the kids were picked up from the streets.
Youth gathering -- They do not leave after the meeting. There is no fast-food chain, cinema, or shopping mall to hang out.
